Product Warranties
HANDBAGS, BELTS, SMALL LEATHER GOODS, SHOES AND APPAREL
Two (2) Years Limited Warranty (unless expressly stated otherwise in the products listing or description)
1. Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, all GLAM Passione Italiana products (handbags, belts, small leather goods, shoes and apparel) are protected from the original date of purchase by a two-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the goods prove to be defective in material or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or fastenings), under normal use anytime within the first two years, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with the same or comparable product (your only cost is the cost of shipping the item back to us). Defective products will not be returned to the customer. MKN Italy LLC offers a repair service even after the warranty has expired to ensure the durability of the product. MKN Italy LLC’s Limited Warranty is not applicable to merchandise purchased from an off-priced retailer or unauthorized retailer.
2. Small irregularities of the leather, of its color and shape, or the slight variations in the seams, bear witness to the fact that our products are completely natural and handmade. Leather products can show wrinkles, signs and slight scratches. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your product. Those are not defects, but natural characteristics which enhance the beauty of the leather.
3. Conditions and Exclusions
This Limited Two (2) Year Warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than MKN Italy, LLC.
Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), damage to the leather, changes to the physical appearance or color of the leather, wrinkles, cracks, creases, tears, rips or scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, accident or abuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning, care or storage.
Other damages not covered are incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, any loss of profit, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill or other similar expenses.
4. MKN ITALY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH OCCURS WHILE WEARING AND/OR CARRYING GLAM PASSIONE ITALIANA GOODS.
5. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation, or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our maximum liability shall be the minimum liability permissable under the laws of that jurisdiction.
6. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, IN NO EVENT SHALL MKN ITALY LLC BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OR EXPENSES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE OF GLAM PASSIONE ITALIANA AND/OR GLAM WILD ACCESSORIES AND GARMENTS, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATION TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR ISSUE CREDIT FOR GOODS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY SETS FORTH IN FULL THE COMPLETE LIABLITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF MKN ITALY LLC COMPANY IN RESPECT TO BREACH OF WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL ACCESSORIES AND GARMENTS MANUFACTURED AND DISTRIBUTED BY MKN ITALY, LLC NOT BEARING THE GLAM PASSIONE ITALIANA AND/OR GLAM WILD LABEL.
